GO has chosen Ikue, the first customer data platform designed by telcos for telcos, as the exclusive supplier for GO’s next-generation marketing strategy. Ikue has been commissioned to immediately implement their ground-breaking CDP.
With over 500,000 customers, GO is the first quad play provider in Malta, offering mobile, fixed line, internet, and TV services, as well as Cloud Services, roaming services, data networking solutions, business IP services, and managed services to the Maltese business community.
According to Nikhil Patil, CEO of GO, “We are thrilled to partner with Ikue, a start-up with a sought-after product and outstanding service and customer focus. With Ikue’s state-of-the-art data consolidation solution, in-depth industry experience and AI capabilities, we can now prioritize marketing and customer experience initiatives that make every day better for our customers.”
Bronwynne Stoddart, CEO of Ikue, notes that “with GO, we aim to leverage offline data and real time events from CRM systems, billing systems, web and social channels, amongst others. Our embedded marketing toolkit can enable over 50 common telco use cases with minimal involvement from IT. By overlaying intuitive AI and ML science across the platform, we can achieve predetermined business outcomes, including improved ARPU, increased conversions, hyper-personalisation, and new revenue streams, ultimately leading to improved customer lifetime satisfaction and driving growth.”
This collaboration represents a significant milestone for both companies, with Ikue’s solution offering unique features such as TMForum certified connectors, a telco-specific data model, proprietary automapping functionality and Identity Resolution, key for the deprecation of 3rd party cookies, resolving identity in the channels and more.
With this agreement, GO is set to accelerate the growth and success story it has built, focusing on delivering world-class infrastructure and customer experiences.
