Reflecting on 2024 Provides Vision for the Year Ahead

Key Highlights from 2024

Achieving certification milestones

This year marked a significant step forward as Ikue became TM Forum and OpenAI Certified. These certifications underscore our commitment to delivering state-of-the-art data solutions that meet global standards and drive real impact for telecom operators around the world.

Strengthening our industry presence

2024 was a year of active engagement with the telecom community through key events where we showcased our expertise and solutions:

  • Teleforum in Liechtenstein (12–14 June): A platform to connect with top industry minds and share our vision for intelligent data solutions.
  • MVNO World Congress in Brussels (24–26 June): A global stage to highlight our role as a leader in telecom innovation.
  • Novacom Summits in Kenya (23–25 April) and Franschhoek (1–3 October): Opportunities to build meaningful relationships and explore challenges unique to emerging markets.

Through these events, we not only shared our solutions but also learned from global leaders, further shaping our vision for 2025.

Expanding our global network

2024 saw Ikue continue to grow and expand our presence in new and existing markets:

  • We scaled our sales teams in EMEA and APAC, ensuring we remain close to the unique needs of our customers in these regions.
  • With a successful launch at Innovate Americas ‘24, we brought our solutions to Dallas, Miami, New York, and Boston through an Americas Roadshow. This marked the beginning of new relationships with North American telcos, opening doors for future partnerships.

Building transformative partnerships

  • Bridge Alliance: Enhancing connectivity and collaboration among APAC telcos.
  • Pega Partnership: Empowering telecom operators to transform their operations through AI-driven data solutions.

 Expanding in APAC

The official launch of Ikue in APAC was a defining moment of 2024. Highlights included:

  • FutureNet Asia (17–18 September): Showcasing how Ikue enables telcos to turn data into actionable intelligence.
  • Bridge Alliance CXO Forum (17 October): Engaging with industry leaders at a partner event in Singapore on the future of customer data platforms.

The energy and enthusiasm from our APAC partners reaffirmed that Ikue’s solutions resonate globally, with the potential to transform telecom data operations.

Driving customer success and product innovation

In 2024, we remained laser-focused on helping telcos achieve their goals:
