GO has chosen Ikue, the first Customer Data Platform (CDP) designed by telcos for telcos, as the exclusive supplier for GO’s next-generation marketing strategy. Ikue has been commissioned to immediately implement their ground-breaking CDP.

With over 500,000 customers, GO is the first quad play provider in Malta, offering mobile, fixed line, internet, and TV services, as well as Cloud Services, roaming services, data networking solutions, business IP services, and managed services to the Maltese business community.

According to Nikhil Patil, CEO of GO, “We are thrilled to partner with Ikue, a start-up with a sought-after product and outstanding service and customer focus. With Ikue’s state-of-the-art products, in-depth industry experience and data science capabilities, we can now prioritize customer experience initiatives and marketing that make every day better for our customers.  With this agreement, GO is set to accelerate the growth and success story it has built, focusing on delivering world-class infrastructure and customer experiences.”

Bronwynne Stoddart, CEO of Ikue, notes that “with GO, we aim to leverage data from CRM systems, billing systems, web and app channels, amongst others.”

Furthermore, she noted that our embedded Marketing Toolkit uses the single customer view to enable over 50 high priority telco use cases with minimal involvement from IT. By using machine learning, we can more effectively personalise the experience for every customer and enhance the quality of marketing programmes, which leads to more conversions, increased ARPU and ultimately higher customer lifetime value and satisfaction.

Ikue’s solution offers a wide range of unique features to telcos, from TMForum certified connectors, a telco-specific Customer State Model, proprietary Robotic Data Automation and Identity Resolution, key for the deprecation of 3rd party cookies, to resolve identity in digital channels.

This collaboration represents a significant milestone for both companies.
